- Device and Connection Information: We use Cloudflare Turnstile and other technical scripts (hosted via external CDNs like unpkg.com) to provide security and functionality. These services may process details about your connection (including IP address) to deliver content and verify you are human.
- Tracking Data: We use a self-hosted instance of Umami tracking to analyze usage and improve our Service. Umami is a privacy-focused analytics tool.

- Session Cookies: We use strictly necessary JWT (JSON Web Token) session tokens to manage your interaction with the bot.
- Cloudinary Cookies: Our images are hosted on Cloudinary, which may set strictly necessary cookies to deliver content efficiently.

- OpenAI: Your chat messages are processed and stored by OpenAI to generate responses. This data is handled by OpenAI according to their own terms of use and privacy policies.
- Cloudflare: Used for security, anti-bot protection (Turnstile), and script delivery.
- unpkg.com: Used as a Content Delivery Network (CDN) to deliver essential frontend libraries (HTMX).
- Cloudinary: Used for hosting and delivering images.
- The Client: The data may be shared with the company for whom this chatbot provides support (the "Client") for customer service and quality assurance.

The Service uses Large Language Models (LLM) to generate responses. By using the Service, you acknowledge that:
